2. Placing and managing an order
Online orders are available for foreign currency purchases and sales. To place an order on Afriswap.com select Reserve online and outline your order details. Complete your personal details, pickup preferences and submit your order which will be confirmed via WhatsApp, phone call or text. Orders are always held or valid for 24 hours subject to stock availability.
Yes. You will receive confirmation of your order by email, phone call or WhatsApp message.
You can pay for your currency in 3 ways: at our Bureau de Change, via mobile money or directly into our bank account. Payment must be made immediately after placing an order to secure the rate quoted. For bank transfers and mobile money payments, please include order number and last name as payment reference.
There is no minimum order value for online orders. Online orders are subject to a maximum value of GH₵ 100,000 per person per transaction. For orders greater than 100,000 GH₵, please email sales@afriswap.com or call +233 594 918 198.
If you have not yet paid for your order, you are free to increase or decrease the amount you wish to purchase when you collect your currency from our Bureau de Change. For payments made prior to pick up, please email sales@afriswap.com or call us on +233 594 918 198.

3. Currency handling & pickup
Yes, with Afriswap KwikCollect, you can place an order online 24/7. Your order will be processed during business hours, and we will contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup.
Most orders are ready within minutes during business hours. You’ll receive a notification once your cash is ready for collection.
Please bring a valid ID (e.g., passport or national ID) and your order reference number.
Absolutely, we provide digital or printed receipts for every transaction, including full currency details and reference numbers.
4. For travellers & tourists

We accept and issue major currency denominations. Coins are generally not exchanged, but feel free to ask in-branch for specific cases.
